Maplewood butcher shop, Bolyard’s Meat and Provisions, has been named the third best in the US by USA Today.
From the mention in USA Today: “Owned by a Culinary Institute of America grad, Bolyard’s is St. Louis’ only whole animal butcher. Besides fine cuts of fresh meat, you can also buy bone stocks, pates, smoked meats, and chorizo. Plus, they even cater party platters and charcuterie boards for large events.”
Bolyard said he’s honored to be mentioned in the same article as the other butcher shops in the top 10 list.
USA Today doesn’t mention Bolyard’s sandwiches, burgers, fries, potato salad and more, all of which are very good.
