Why is Richmond Heights’ average home value so much higher than Brentwood’s? I could see 5-10 thousand, but $57000?
Richmond Heights would have a higher average home value than Brentwood because, for example, the house featured with this post on the home page sold for $825,000 recently.
I always questions the validity of these opinion/reports. I alway see unexpected outliers! Does anyone who reads 40 South want to live in Wentzville? Ha ha!
