How would you describe The Side Project Cellar?
The Side Project Cellar is our tasting room for Side Project Brewing and a Belgian-inspired beer bar. We also offer whiskey and wine! We focus on oak-aged beers, wild and sour ales and farmhouse ales. We pour our draft beers at three different temperatures so we can offer certain beers at a more desirable temperature to accentuate aromas and flavors.
What is the most exciting thing to happen to The Side Project Cellar?
In February of this year, we were thrilled to find out we were a James Beard Foundation Semifinalist! As a brewery tasting room and bar that focuses primarily on beer, we were so excited to be recognized for our beer service! It was such an honor!
Do you have a “favorite” Maplewood or Richmond Heights business?
Our staff at The Side Project Cellar and I really love having so many delicious coffee shops close to us! We are so lucky to be able to walk from The Side Project Cellar to The Living Room, La Cosecha and Foundation Grounds to fuel up with coffee before work!
