Charges of sexual misconduct and heroin possession at Promenade

Police and court records indicate two arrests at the Brentwood Promenade this summer, and the subsequent charges, which are recent.

On Aug. 31, Stanley George Hazelrigg, 50, of the 8500 block of Antler Drive, exposed himself to two girls under the age of 15 at Target at the Brentwood Promenade, according to police and court records. Hazelrigg has been charged with two counts of sexual misconduct involving a child, a Class D felony. He is being held on a $25,000 cash only bond.

On July 18, Joshua R. Brevard, of Imperial, MO, was in possession of heroin and fentanyl at 62 Brentwood Promenade Court, according to court records. He was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and was held on a $10,000 bond.
