The building at 8300 Manchester Road, most recently used by Colt Safety, is set to be demolished within 30 days, according to Brentwood Director of Planning and Development, Lisa Koerkenmeier.
Flexton Construction has been working on the demolition, except for rain days. Spirtas Wrecking will be helping them with demolition.
The building was built in 1955. It was most recently purchased, in February, for $390,000 by Surco Properties LLC, according to St. Louis County real estate records.
