Maplewood CPA, Kenneth Ploch, last summer moved his office across Manchester Road to 7215 Manchester Road, and bought the block in the process. Now the tenant next to his office has moved out, leaving an open commercial space in downtown Maplewood — something scarce these days.
A janitorial service had used it for an office. Walls divide the space but could be removed, according to a man working there Thursday. Ploch didn’t have an estimate of the size.
OK, folks. What are we looking to move in here? Butcher? Thai or Vietnamese restaurant? Ice cream? Laundromat?
A Thai restaurant would be THE BEST!
