    Get excited for spring by cooking with seasonal vegetables! Carrots will be highlighted in two recipes that will show more innovative ways to use the spring root vegetable we know so well.

    Cooking and nutrition tips will be given as well as delicious samples! Michelle Creek & Stephanie Porto, members of the Saint Louis University Nutrition and Dietetics Department, will provide answers, recipes, and food samples.
