Farotto’s Restaurant (9525 Manchester Road in Rock Hill) acquired some extra land when the CVS pharmacy was built next door. Manager Jeff Parrot said they have some ideas of how to use it, but nothing is set in stone.
Before the restaurant can do anything with the property it needs to be rezoned into one platt along with the current Farotto’s property, and a public hearing is scheduled for the Rock Hill Board of Alderman meeting on Tuesday.
Rock Hill City Hall is at 320 W. Thornton Avenue.
I sure hope that Frotto’s will do something about the parking situation. It is a disaster for the people who live in the neighborhood and people stopping on Manchester waiting for a parking place. I no longer frequent the place for all the trouble it caused the neighbors. It has totally ridicules that Rock Hill approved the enlargement of it years ago under the conditions the parking caused.
