The for lease signs have come down at the vacant spot between Paramount Jewelers and The Book House, at 7352 Manchester Road.
A representative of Rothschild St. Louis—the property’s owner—would only say that there are plans for the empty space, and then speculated about the last time it was in use.
Update: The Rothschild representative has now said that planning will begin soon on 7352 Manchester Road to divide the empty space into three separate spaces. Two to the front are to be new retail spots, and one to the rear will be storage, possibly for The Book House, to the west. He said changes will be seen in two the three months.
