Exterior work at the former QuikTrip location in Maplewood (3010 S. Big Bend Boulevard) has been going on for several days.
QuikTrip area real estate manager, Alan Renner, said the work is to “de-identify” the building—take away the appearance of having been a QuikTrip.
He also said lease negotiations are taking place, but couldn’t disclose any additional information at this point. He has said in the past that it would not be a gas station. See also: Update on 3 QuikTrip locations
