A Fort Taco (8106 Manchester Road) owner told 40 South News via Facebook they were notified Thursday morning that inspections by St. Louis County Health Department officials won’t happen this week, as expected. They now say the inspections will be next week.
The drive-thru taco and enchilada restaurant had announced on Facebook it was opening Saturday, Nov. 15. The official opening has now been pushed back to Friday, Nov. 21.
Fort Taco apologized for the delay on Facebook. “We want to open more than anybody.”
I can handle a one week delay. After that, bring on the tacos.
