A house fire in the 7600 block of Weaver Avenue in Maplewood on March 24 injured three adults and killed four dogs, due to smoke inhalation. A Go Fund Me site was started that day for donations to help out.
From the Go Fund Me site:
“My Grandma and Grandpa lost everything in a fire this morning. The most devastating of all is their 4 dogs who were like their children to them. I am asking for donations to help get the dogs cremated and help them get back on their feet. Even donations of clothes would help like i said everything is gone. My Grandma was released from the hospital this morning however, My grandpa is still there and staying in ICU. Anything would help.”
