Owner, Sarah Wilmsmeyer, PharmD has been a pharmacist since 2007 and a nutritionist since 2010. Dr. Sarah works at finding the root causes of ill health. She helps women help their body heal itself and feel it’s best with no dangerous side effects. This is done by finding what the body is deficient in and using natural supplements to help the body heal itself and feel its best.
Dr. Sarah is here to provide you with the tools for finding health. She doesn’t do fad diets or quick fixes. She believes in creating a lifestyle that will restore the foundation of health and support your body and your future generations.
