i am all for licensed CC. the two (above) stories on shootings make me wonder if there should be some computerized (random/lotto odds) game where one cannot win, except ONE obscure way. to get the L.CC, they have to win the game twice within one day. If they had an illegal piece, they would shoot the computer. Frustration is a powerful trigger, and does not necessarily have to do with immediate circumstances.
