Former Maplewood mayor, Jane Moeller, passed away on March 22 at age 86, the City of Maplewood announced on March 23.
“Jane did a great deal to serve our community,” the city posted. Moeller served as mayor from 1993 to 2001 and Ward 2 councilwoman from 1983 to 1993. She also served on the Maplewood Richmond Heights School Board.
Visitation is at Jay B. Smith Funeral Homes at 7456 Manchester on Friday, April 1 from 1 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be at Jay B. Smith on April 2 at 10 a.m.
