Brentwood, Maplewood and Richmond Heights public works departments and various area businesses parked everything from jon boats to fire trucks on the Sunnen parking lot Saturday for kids to climb on and in. The annual event was bigger than ever.

What is the best way to find out about this stuff before it happens? We missed out on some sort of similar event recently too that our daughter would have loved and found out afterward in the same fashion. We are Brentwood residents and read the quarterly letter, but haven’t yet learned of other resources. I don’t believe this event was listed in the Q2 newsletter. A cursory google search did not turn anything up on 40SN. I did find a broken link to http://www.richmondheights.org/ which must have had it listed at some point in time.
