Las Palmas, Mexican restaurant in Maplewood, lost its city business license on July 1 and was closed for one night, City Manager Marty Corcoran said Tuesday. He said they came in and renewed it within 24 hours.
A commenter on 40 South said Las Palmas had no liquor license on July 12 and was closed last week, and appeared to be refinishing the floors.
They they were closed Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. On Wednesday a sign was posted saying they plan to open on Thursday. No one answered the phone or came to the door on Wednesday.
Update: Las Palmas is closed on Thursday.
I hope they did something to the floors. They were always gross & my shoes stick to them when i go there. Thats my only complaint, they have delicious food.
