After some initial interest in the former Stone Spiral in Maplewood for a Sweet Peaz café, it now looks like Looking Meadow Coffee Co., a Tower Grove Farmers’ Market vendor of vegan-friendly coffee drinks and baked goods, plans to open there in the beginning of 2023, according to Sauce Magazine.
