A 19-year-old man has been charged with second degree robbery after stealing a backpack, while punching another victim in the head, according to court records.
Maplewood police and court records state Tevin Lee Tompkins, of the 1400 block of Ferguson Avenue, acted with another when he stole Jonathan Acoff’s backpack and iPhone 4, and punching Kyle Gleason in the head in the process, in the 3200 block of Laclede Station Road (Deer Creek Shopping Center) on Sept. 25.
