Maplewood City Council will meet Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. for a regularly-scheduled meeting. The following is on the agenda, according to the public notes.
Item No. 6 is a public hearing for comments on a request by Michelle Brown of Versatile Earth, to rezone her property on Yale Avenue, from Limited Residential to Planned Unit Development.
Item No. 11 is a motion to approve a request for a Sunday liquor license for The Cue (3632 S. Big Bend Boulevard).
Item No. 12 is a resolution to approve a contract between Maplewood and the Metropolitan Sewer District for the MSD to pay the cost of patching streets to the city, rather than patching the streets, after extensive sewer replacement work. Read more here.
Item No. 13 is an ordinance approving rezoning Michelle Brown’s property on Yale Avenue from Limited Residential District to Planned Unit Development District. Five new lots would be created.
Item No. 14 is an ordinance allowing Dennis Carroll to operate Collision Express Auto Body shop at 7456 and 7552 Manchester Road.
Item No. 16 is an ordinance to amend the Maplewood zoning code to allow tattoo and piercing studios in Light Manufacturing districts. This could be approved at this meeting.
