Maplewood council could finally pass Airbnb; restaurant, group home on agenda too

The Maplewood City Council  has plenty on the agenda for it’s meeting Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m., including liquor licenses, an entertainment venue/bar/restaurant, a group home for mentally and physically disabled individuals, and an ordinance that would allow Airbnb in Maplewood.

  • Bolyard’s Meat & Provisions to request a full liquor license – public hearing first.
  • Andrew Graefe, of The Jukebox Piano Bar at 7376 Manchester Road to request a full liquor liquor and Sunday liquor license – public hearing first.

  • An ordinance granting a conditional use permit to Bogies Auto Detail to operate an auto detailing business and an Internet wholesale auto sales business office use at 2803 S. Big Bend Boulevard.
  • An ordinance reaffirming the tax rates for the city of Maplewood and the Special Business District.
