For about the past 14 years, once a year I have created a composite photograph featuring historic images from my digital collection. They usually measure 16 x 20 inches and are beautifully framed by the Frame of Mind framing shop. The reason for the creation of the image is to raise money for the Mid-County Chamber of Commerce at their annual auction which is coming right up at the end of February.
I haven’t made one for this years auction yet. I thought you might like to have a look at the one I made in 2013.

This years will be more of a challenge. I had to get a new computer and a new Photoshop program which I still don’t completely understand. Wish me luck. I’ll post the latest one once I have it figured out.
Stay warm.

My grandfather is listed on the wall plaque as one of the volunteer firemen, Walter C. Notter
Cool. Where is this wall plaque, Ed?
My wife Jean’s grandfather was one of these early firefighters as well his son Charlie and Floyd Wiss
Larry, It’s too bad we don’t have one of those early firemen photos with the names on the back. Who knows they might be in one of the group photos? Good to hear from you.
I have two of your auction pieces hanging in my home. It is nice to have the images of the city history to remind me daily of the people that were here before us and created this community. Perhaps I’ll be lucky again this year by adding a third?!
Jeff, I’m flattered that you would want one and much more that you would want two. And you support our chamber at the same time. Good luck at the auction. Much thanks.
Friend of mine who sprays the station for bugs said he saw it on the station wall but didn’t indicate where exactly.
News to me. I’ll have to check it out.
