Maplewood tied for tenth with Dardenne Prairie and Florissant, averaging 57 days on the market for listings, though Dardenne Prairie had 39 listings and Florissant had 171 — Maplewood had only 15 listings.
Crestwood won the top spot, with 23 days. Webster Groves followed with an average of 38 days, then Olivette with 40.
Brentwood came in at 67 days average and Richmond Heights at 76.
