The Maplewood planning and zoning commission will hear requests for a cafe and a catering business, and also hear a presentation by a craft brewer at its meeting on Monday at 7 p.m. according to the meeting agenda.
The commission will review a request for a cafe/restaurant at 3101 Sutton Boulevard; it’s the future home of Mauhaus cat cafe. Mauhaus ran a Kickstarter for startup costs, hoping for $15,000 and raised more than $30,000.
The commission will also hear a request to run a catering business at 7169 Manchester Road. A presentation by a craft brewer and a discussion of package liquor store prohibitions are also on the agenda.
