With the Maple Leaf barber shop ((7282 Manchester Road) closing at the end of this year, or sooner, the approximately 450 square foot space will be available to lease.
The shop is owned by the owners of Empire Supply, next door. Co-owner Don Loomstein said some work needs to be done — how much, and how much by the future tenant, will help determine the lease.
He said he’s not looking for a “revolving door,” pointing out the barber shop was there for 30 years. Loomstein said he already has one interested party.
