On April 8, Maplewood voters will be asked to decide whether the city may raise the annual fee charged for the Sewer Lateral Replacement Fund from $28 to $39 per dwelling unit annually for the next three years and give the city council the authority to increase the fee to a cap of no more than $50, if needed, thereafter. A simple majority is required for passage.

Four candidates are running for three open seats on the Maplewood Richmond Heights School Board. Incumbents Maria Langston and Francis Chmelir, and challengers Kathryn Kaufmann and Daniel F. O’Sullivan, Jr. will be on the ballot.

Brentwood voters will have no city-related issues to vote on.
