Multiple car break-ins in south end of Maplewood: police

Multiple cars were tampered with and ransacked in the south part of Maplewood Wednesday night, according to Maplewood Police  Sergeant Matt Nighbor. One vehicle was stolen.

He said he was still going through reports and didn’t have full details.

These are the incidents Nighbor has record of as of Thursday afternoon.

A vehicle was stolen in the 3300 block Cambridge Avenue. Cars were broken into in the 3300 block of Cambridge Avenue and the 7300 block of Elm Avenue. Two cars were broken into in the 3100 block of Cherry Avenue.

Cars were broken into last week in the 2400 block of Laclede Station Road and the 7300 block of Flora Avenue.

  1. My car was also rifled through last night on the 7300 block of Flora and my husband had change taken from his car a few weeks ago.
