The space next to Mai Lee Vietnamese restaurant (8396 Musick Memorial Drive) on Musick Memorial Drive with a construction permit on the door is set to be a fitness center, according to Brentwood city employees.
The center will be a Shred415, and has four studios in Chicago. This will be the first St. Louis location.

Club Fitness (8356 Musick Memorial Drive) is in the building next door, at S. Hanley Road.
Wonder why they picked that spot when there’s a Club Fitness less than 100 feet away on the other side of the garage?
They do appear to be a class-only crossfit type gym that targets a different market: but the location selection is strange.
