Plan & zoning passes restaurant, daycare, fast food

Maplewood Plan and Zoning Commission approved all the items on its agenda on Tuesday.

Commission member Sandi Phillips said by email that everything passed unanimously. All will now go to city council for consideration. See the full agenda here.

The commission approved conditional permits for:

• The Blue Duck at 7401 Manchester Road, now with a location in Washington, MO, is set to open its second.
• Little Caesar’s Pizza at 7325 Manchester Road, in the shopping center with Shop’n’Save.
• New Destiny Daycare at 3732 Cambridge Avenue.
• Wallis Petroleum at 3033 S. Hanley Road; a gas station is currently there.
