Friday, Sept. 26
- Police responded to the 7500 block of Sussex for a reported harassment call. When police arrived, a man fled from officers. Police were able to apprehend the 23-year-old male suspect in the 3200 block of Laclede Station with the assistance of several neighboring agencies. A records check indicated the suspect was wanted by Maplewood Police for an active warrant as well as numerous warrants through other jurisdictions. Police also discovered drugs on the suspect at the time of the arrest.
- Police arrested a 25-year-old woman on domestic assault charges for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend in the 7500 block of Sussex.
- Police arrested a 24-year-old woman for stealing approximately $270 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Saturday, Sept. 27
- Police arrested three men, a woman, and a juvenile for stealing over $500 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 21-year-old woman for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
Sunday, Sept. 28
- Police are investigating an assault that occurred in the 3500 block of Greenwood. According to the victim, he started a casual conversation with an unknown man. After briefly speaking with the individual, the unknown man suddenly hit the victim in the face. The suspect then fled before police arrived. The victim suffered several facial injuries.
- Police arrested two teenage males for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 42-year-old woman for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
