Police: thefts on Manchester, at Maplewood Commons

The following information was supplied by the Maplewood Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 14

  • Police began an investigation into a stealing that occurred from a Maplewood Commons business on Sept. 3. During the preliminary stages, it was determined that two adult male suspects stole approximately $400 in LED lighting. This investigation is ongoing.
  • Police were called to a business in the 7200 block of Manchester for a stealing that just occurred. Upon arrival, police learned that an adult male suspect stole a sterling silver chain valued at approximately $20. The suspect is described as being in his late 20’s, wearing a long white t-shirt and black baggy pants. This investigation is ongoing.

Friday, Sept. 18

  • Police were called to a Maplewood Commons business for a stealing that just occurred. Upon arrival, police learned that an adult male suspect stole several clothing items valued at approximately $45. Police later located the suspect. It was later determined that the suspect was previously banned from the store which stemmed from a previous stealing arrest on Aug. 25. The suspect was arrested for stealing under $500 and trespassing.

Saturday, Sept. 19

  • Police began an investigation regarding the theft of several credit devices. The suspect believed that the credit devises were taken from her purse while shopping at a Maplewood Commons business. This investigation is ongoing.

Sunday, Sept. 20

  • Police arrested an adult female suspect for stealing approximately $150 in miscellaneous clothing items from a Maplewood Commons Business.
