This newly rehabbed Maplewood building (7371-75 Marietta Avenue) is zoned Community Business. New windows went in before Christmas and new doors the day after.
It’s very close to The Wood, Maya Cafe, Pie Oh My, Strange Donuts and Traveling Tea.
The owner said he’s thinking of a photographer or architect’s office or similar for a tenant. He said he might consider retail, but not sure how it might do in that location, off Sutton and Manchester.
Have any ideas? Do you agree with the owner, or do you retail might do OK right there.
I’m still hoping for a florist to open here in Maplewood. That spot gets a fair amount of foot traffic because people park back there. It might do just fine.
