There was a forum for comments at the October 24 city council meeting for a requested liquor license at 2726 Sutton Boulevard, the location of the former Cafe Maya, and the Maya Cafe before that. On Monday furniture was moved and someone was putting fresh paint on the walls.
Across the street at 2719 Sutton, there has been little obvious activity at Prioritized Pastries since a single soft opening day in April. Recently signage has been removed from the windows.
