The Maplewood leaders should really try and bring a better grocery store in there like a Schnucks or Dierbergs. The Shop n’ Save is a holdover from years ago when Maplewood was on par with Lemay and other distressed communities.
U-gas changing hands?
Ditch the Little Caesar’s. The area’s inundated with pizza places. How about a Captain D’s or some other FF fish chain?
My guess is the Little Caesars is getting booted out of the current Deer Creek location.
I’m not a fan, but anything that fills the sad stores next to Shop N Save isn’t all bad.
If only the shop n save would leave. It’s pretty awesome trying to grocery shop and getting harassed for money on the way into the store, AND INSIDE IT.
I’ve lived in the area for 13 years and shop at Shop N Save quite often. I have never been asked or harassed for money, outside or in.
Shop n save is a great store for many reasons. As for being asked for money once in a blue moon, just do it…if you are able.
You’re complaining about a business opening? How dare they!
We love Little Caesar’s. My son would have pizza from there every day if he could.
mmm grease and salt
