A friend of Side Project Brewery got a tour of the construction at 7458 Manchester Road and posted photos on Twitter (@austinlouisray).
Side Project beer has previously been brewed at space at Perennial Artisan Ales in south St. Louis. Side Project Cellar, at 7373 Marietta Avenue, carries the beer, which is brewed by Cory King.
