Richmond Heights officials, at the council meeting on Monday, passed a measure to include police video in an ordinance that restricts public access to crime scene photos and other crime-related information until investigations are finished. It was passed to match new state law, city manager, Amy Hamilton said.
Governor Jay Nixon signed the state legislation in July.
