There will be a public hearing for the Boulevard South TIF on Nov. 30 at 7:00 p.m. at The Heights, 8001 Dale Avenue.
The agenda includes an overview of the redevelopment plan for the Francis Place Redevelopment Plan and Boulevard South Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Plan.
After analysis and comments from the public, the commission is scheduled to consider recommending whether Richmond Heights city council should approve or not the 2015 amendment Francis Place Redevelopment Plan and Boulevard South TIF Redevelopment Plan.
