Rock Hill alderman Philip Scherry has posted that the City of Rock Hill Fall Festival and Parade is on Saturday, October 3rd.
The parade starts at 11 a.m. at Des Peres and Rock Hill Road to west on Manchester, then turns north on Kortwright to Hudson. The Festival is at Hudson Elementary School, 9825 Hudson Avenue. There is a plant swap during the festival.
