The city of Maplewood announced Tuesday that Shakespeare Festival St. Louis is seeking Maplewood residents to audition for Shakespeare in the Streets — Maplewood.
Community Audition NOTICE: Shakespeare in the Streets — Maplewood
Shakespeare Festival St. Louis is currently scheduling community auditions for an original play based on Shakespeare’s Hamlet for our 2016 production for Shakespeare in the Streets—Maplewood.
WHO: Residents of Maplewood with interest in performing and representing their community. Seeking adults, teens, and children ages 8 to 12.
WHAT: Auditions for “Shakespeare in the Streets — Maplewood,” Performances September 16-18, 2016 (Rehearsals begin August 22.)
WHEN: Saturday, May 7 (Group Auditions, 11 a. m – 12:30 p.m and individual auditions, 12:30 – 2 p.m.)
WHERE: Maplewood City Council Chamber, 7601 Manchester Road, Maplewood, MO 63143
