After Saturday night’s snow the hill at Deer Creek Park known as “Suicide Hill” was worn to brown spots by late Sunday afternoon.
It’s known as one of the steepest sledding hills in the county, and it drew a crowd. Those wanting more of a thrill could try the tree-lined trail called “Death Tunnel.” Going down either takes bravery, and the climb back up takes skill and perseverance to make it without sliding back down.
