Brentwood’s Sophia Rivera, who qualified for the 2016 Olympic Trials in javelin, after two years as a Wisconsin Badger has transferred to MIZZOU.
Rivera broke the Wisconsin record for women’s javelin on her first throw as a Badger. She won multiple national championships when in high school.
Rivera’s mother, Michelle Hassemer, shared the news of her transfer on Twitter.
