Thursday, Feb. 26

  • Police arrested a 47-year-old man for shoplifting at a Maplewood Commons Business.
  • Police arrested a 27-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man for stealing $140 of merchandise from a Maplewood Commons Business.
  • Police arrested a 27-year-old man, 24-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman for stealing $170 of merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
  • Police arrested a 23-year-old man for assault in the 2100 block of Bellevue.
  • A vehicle was left running to warm in the 7200 block of Moeller. A witness saw someone exit a black BMW and tamper with the car. The BMW took off at a high rate of speed when police arrived. Police did not pursue.

Friday, Feb. 27

  • A witness saw a man in a ski mask coming out of a garage on Commonwealth. Some keys were stolen. Police canvassed the area and were unable to find the subject.
  • Police arrested a 19-year-old woman for stealing merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
  • Police arrested 23-year-old woman and a juvenile female for stealing $800 of merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.

Saturday, Feb. 28

  • About $15,000 in property was stolen in the 2600 block of Lyle, which included jewelry, electronics, clothing and sports memorabilia. Police arrested a 33-year-old man on March 3 and recovered 90 percent of the stolen property. Charges are pending for multiple counts of burglary, which include several recent garage burglaries.
  • Police arrested a 27-year-old man for stealing $125 of merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.

Sunday, March 1

  • Police arrested a 42-year-old man in the 2800 block of Laclede Station Road on assault charges. He assaulted an acquaintance.

Monday, March 2

  • Police arrested a 44-year-old man on trespassing charges in the 2200 block of Yale.
  • Police arrested a 25-year-old man for stealing merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
