Emily – No updates on Bolyard’s butcher shop – only that it looks like there’s not one empty space on Manchester Road currently. He needs a spot!
No spot? Great prob to have! I envision an infill project in the next decade. The owner of the Sn’S property could tear down the attached units on the east side where Clarkson Eyecare is and Dots used to be, and keep the Sn’S. Turn the east end into a parking lot/garage, and then build ground level retail and office/residence on upper level(s) the length of their property facing Manchester and perhaps Sutton. That would give Manchester a more quaint feel, plus add density to the area.
Any updates on Chris Bolyard’s butcher shop?
it is good to see new businesses in Maplewood. I, among others, always knew Maplewood was the place to be for recovery and growth. Some of the business names are creative and interesting too. I do have to wonder if the folks at The Blind Tiger at Sutton Place know they are at the corner of Sutton Boulevard, not Place. :>)
