Alive Magazine partnered with Yelp recently to list their highest-rated coffee shops in 28 St. Louis neighborhoods — Brentwood and Maplewood were included.
“These coffee shops have topped the coffee category in their neighborhood based on the number of reviews and star rating,” according to Alive Magazine.
In Brentwood, the magazine named Brentwood Perk as the top shop. Ray’s Doughnuts, St. Louis Bread Co. and Einstein Bro’s Bagels are other places for coffee in Brentwood.
In Maplewood Foundation Grounds was chosen. Other spots for a cup in Maplewood are: La Cosecha Coffee Roasters, Living Room, Strange Donuts, Stone Spiral Coffee and Curios and Tiffany’s Original Diner.
I agree with Lincoln. FoGro is very good, but La Cosecha is where it’s at. You can’t beat the quality and taste of their in-house roasted coffee.
FoGro is killer, but La Cosecha definitely has the best coffee in Maplewood, possibly in town.
