Thanks for the reply. I did miss the listings were sponsored posts. I jsut liked the previous real estate listings format better, because it provided a better over all scope of new listings in the area. But I do understand about the necessity of paid adverting. We do enjoy the South 40 News each day. Thanks.

The posts state that they are sponsored posts, which means they are paid for. I try to make them as user friendly as possible. If it weren’t for ads and sponsored posts like this 40 South News couldn’t exist.
We liked the real estate listings better when they were not tied to one Realtor; all the listings are from the Hermann London Group only. It is like a paid ad/endorsement; and if they are paid listings, it it needs to be stated as such. This type of information undermines the credibility of the South 40 News.
