The owner of 7350 Manchester Road, Rothschild St. Louis, is renovating the space and dividing it in two. The spaces will be available in September for $2,300 for each side, according to their website.
According to a Rothschild employee onsite, the two retail spots in front will each be 1,000 square feet, and a rear 2,000 square feet will be used by The Book House, next door.
