A Pizza Story, at 7278 Manchester Road, is not yet open, but friends and family (including 40 South News) were invited Thursday night to order off a limited menu, and make suggestions. The meal did not disappoint.
Co-owner, Muhammad Alhawagri was sliding pizzas in and out of the wood fired oven the entire time, as the newly-hired staff served.

Alhawagri said he was happy to finally have someone eating his pizzas. He described the night as “beautiful intensity.”
No date is set for a public opening.
Can’t wait for this to open…..
