The Richmond Heights City Council on Monday approved the site plan and final development plan for a new Boys Hope Girls Hope on Elinor Avenue, which includes two residential homes and an office.
Boys Hope Girls Hope “helps academically capable and motivated children-in-need to meet their full potential and become men and women for others by providing value-centered, family-like homes, opportunities and education through college,” according to its website.
