Last summer Maplewood resident Brad Jackson filed a lawsuit against the city of Maplewood, Mayor Barry Greenberg, former Maplewood business owner Kate Bethel and her employee Isaac Chosich.

Defendant Isaac Chosich requested a summary judgement, meaning the judge would decide the case instead of it going to a jury trial. Plaintiff Brad Jackson opposed it (#1 below).

What’s especially repulsive about this entire thing has been the unconditional support and defense of Mr. Jackson from his Goon Squad of “community” cult members comprised mainly of female slacktivists-we all know their names but they have been the ones accusing Mr. Miner of picking on Brad and not being fair to him-funny how they suddenly got real quiet when LEGAL receipts popped up, right? If only this would shut them down once and for all, but they will keep dividing this community all in the name of “progress” and “unity” which is code for echo chamber propaganda that allows no room for dissent or disagreement.
Brad Jackson would never have survived let alone thrived in this town had he not been propped up and nurtured by this gang of MEAN GIRLS masquerading as Progressive feminists. They are hypocritical frauds and should be shamed for the way they coddled him while he trashed and denigrated a sitting councilwoman and tried to destroy a female business owner who is more successful than he could ever imagine being.

Every single thing stated above, was previously dismissed with prejudice in federal court. Every. Single. THING. Dude doesn’t know what or when he even lost. For somebody who thinks all those evidence links look subjective, I dunno. That official subpoena from GoFundMe looked pretty dead to rights, cut and dry, and irrefutable. Along with emails asking for the money from AJ Capital that he never donated and that bizarre affidavit he wrote, claiming this was some elaborate hoax played on Chosich. I don’t think this type or person would admit fault or defeat on anything, even when it’s staring at him in the face. He demands accountability and truth, but provides neither. Only word salad statements and creepy video submissions with AI backgrounds that nobody asked for. He openly admits that, while this wasn’t *entirely* for settlement money (cough cough… BS), he confesses in his previous statement that it absolutely was a factor. That was evidently an attempt to live off Maplewood tax dollars, because none of those other defendants would have ever paid him out for this grift.
Everything we have to endure from this non-contributor is against our will.
It’s gotten so ludicrous and bizarre that it’s starting to feel like an extended April Fools Day prank but with real and damaging effects. Just another punch in the face to Maplewood taxpayers and residents who have had enough of this BS-and nobody likes a punch in the face.

While 40 South News has repeatedly published the defendants’ motions in full, my own filings and supporting evidence have not been equally presented. This gives the public a one-sided view of the case.
The facts of this matter will be addressed in court, where the distinction between allegation and verified evidence will be made clear. There is nothing frivolous about holding an elected official accountable for misuse of office.
New counsel is excited to file entry and will be prepared to move this case forward to its conclusion.
Please clarify-all of the items you reference above re the ethics complaint come from the DISMISSED with prejudice suit, yes? If so, why are you rehashing that when it’s literally gone? Also-40 South posted an unedited video of you awhile back explaining your suits-how is this “one sided?” Is GoFundMe in on this conspiracy? Are they lying or misleading in the evidence they provided regarding the “5k” donation? Do you not feel at all responsible for the $25k of taxpayer money wasted on your dismissed suit?

You know Mr. Jackson the only way to file an ethics complaint in Maplewood is through the mayor. Yes, personal injury attorneys do tend to frown upon the “strategy” of making false statements in federal court, and don’t like “the direction” of working on a contingency basis for a client who does so and zeros out any chance of a settlement or judgment in their favor.

Plaintiff Jackson seems to fabricate whatever he wants and then fakes texts and doctored screenshots to “prove” his falsehoods. He contradicts himself from one story to the next and it’s all here in writing. And he’s claiming people lied about him? But the truth is all laid out in these documents and the things said against him are either fully true or substantially true.
It’s gross that this was allowed to happen. It’s easy to sue someone when you don’t have to pay the lawyer unless you win—-unlike the city and other people who had to hire and pay lawyers. That’s a truly evil thing to do—-weaponizing the legal system for your own vendetta.
