Orbit Pinball Lounge in Maplewood, at 7401 Hazel Avenue, is looking for a new owner.
According to Craig’s List, the price ($220,000) includes all equipment, games and assets. The sale does not include the building or the property. The new owner will need to negotiate a new lease for the business with the current landlord.
Also according to the listing, the business has been profitable since its first year (2012); sales and profits have continued to increase every year.
The lounge is in one of the historic Dr. Cape Buildings, named for Dr. Leander Cape, one of Maplewood’s earliest businessmen.

Hopefully a new owner will provide a time kids can come and play.
